Group Fitness Room
Encouragement, motivation, new friendships, and just plain fun all describe our group exercise classes. Experience all of this in one of our many classes while also getting a great workout. Whether you are looking for an intense fat burning hour to start your day or a relaxing mind-body connection after work, there is a class that suits your needs.
Absolute Abs, Tai Chi, Zumba, BodyPump and BodyFlow are just some of the classes held in our large, group fitness room.
Cycling Studio
A variety of cycling and Les Mills RPM sessions take place in our Cycle Room equipped with the state of the art Body Bikes.
Cardio Room
Our fully-equipped Cardio Room gets the heart pumping, healthy and strong while you watch your favorite T.V. show! Plug in your headphones to listen to T.V. or music and let your heart pump to the beat. You will improve the ability of your heart and muscles to generate energy and increase overall endurance. The variety of equipment makes sure that your body never gets bored.

Child Care
Child care is open select hours of the week and we offer supervised childcare for ages 3 months to 10 years.
Childcare hours:
Mon-Fri: 8 a.m – 11 a.m.
Mon-Thurs: 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Sat: 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Locker Rooms
Our full-amenity locker rooms have everything from hair dryers to Q-tips. And, whether you’re interested in relaxing after a tough workout or simply winding down and relaxing your weary bones after a demanding day of work, our ‘his and her’ saunas will do the trick.
Clean locker rooms with hot showers and sauna rooms give you the opportunity to relax after your work out or freshen up to head back to work or out on the town! Bring your own towels!
Juice Bar
Before or after your workout, you can enjoy a delicious shake or even a meal replacement. Many of our members enjoy cooling down, relaxing and catching up with their workout friends.
We offer more than 20 different combinations for energy, losing weight, gaining muscle or a simple low calorie snack. We also feature coffee for all you early risers.
Tanning
If you need a little bit of tan for a special occasion or before you hit the beach, you may use our full service tanning area which is complementary with some memberships.
Nestled in a private room, simply ask at the desk or give us a call about tanning bed availability.
