Body Pump

BODYPUMPThe original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome insturctors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Body Flow

bodyflowBodyFlow is the YOGA, TAI CHI, and PILATES workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm.

RPM

Ride it Like You Stole ItRPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Cycling

Speed and excitement in this one-hour cardio workout. Simulate jumps, hills, sprints and climbs while burning up to 900 calories. Out instructos and music will inspire you. All ability levels welcome.

Zumba

ZumbaZumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away!

Express

If you like our group fitness programs, you will love our “express” classes! These 30 minute versions of all your favorite programs like BODYPUMP, BODYFLOW, RPM, and ZUMBA are a great way to get in a quick workout! They are also a perfect way to try new programs!

Morning Mix & Match

Take one, mix and match, or take them all! Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays. Start in the Cycling Room for Cardio Cycle, and then go upstairs to the Group Fitness Room for Upper, Lower, and Core strength plus one more dose of Cardio Power.

    -Cardio Cycle A fast paced yet straight forward cycling class to get your heart racing.
    -Cardio Power Fun and straight forward cardiovascular movements to achieve an elevated heart rate combined with dynamic strengthening movements for a whole new toatal body experience.
    -Upper, Lower, and Core Strength Working with a variety of resistance tools to increase strength of all the major muscle groups.


Zumba in the Circuit

Zumba in the CircuitZumba® in the Circuit – Maximize your workout while still having a total blast. Zumba in the Circuit is 30 minutes of high-octane, Latin-inspired dance-fitness moves combined with circuit training, a series of strength exercises at timed intervals. Get the metabolism-boosting, strength-building benefits of circuit training while perfecting Zumba moves—all in the same class! Guaranteed to blast calories and thwart boredom, Zumba in the Circuit moves students from one exercise station to the next to the thumping beats of reggaeton, salsa, merengue, hip-hop and more. Be in and out in 30 minutes flat —this time-effective and efficient class can be adapted for all fitness levels.
