Goal Assessment

At CLUB 14 FITNESS, we believe every member has different needs and goals. Therefore we give personalized attention to each new member. First, we start with a Goal Assessment. Here we get the details on any limitations and/or health risks you may have. We then determine your personal goals and assess your physique with the following criteria: structural integrity, core stability, and POLAR BodyAge assessment. With the results obtained from these tests, we develop a personalized program just for you. Your trainer will take you through this program several times to ensure proper form and technique.

Nutrition

Tried every diet under the sun? Tired of yo-yo dieting which only results in a lowered metabolism? Then let us help with our no-nonsense approach to fat loss!

Body Age

Are you as young as you can be? If you think taking a couple inches off your waist would feel good, just imagine how great you’d feel about taking a couple years off your body’s age. Well, you can do it and the Polar BodyAge System can help.

The first step is a Polar BodyAge assessment. It is the first part of your goal assessment here at the club. It will tell you where you are today, and give you a benchmark to measure your progress. But that’s only the beginning. The Polar BodyAge System also tells you how many years you can take off your BodyAge, and exactly how to do it. It gives you a plan – a program for creating a younger you!
