We just completed the biggest renovation in our 25 year history with brand new, state-of-the-art equipment from Life Fitness. In total, 32 new pieces! We also expanded the turf room and added new mirrors, barbells, and a dedicated leg/glute training section. We work hard to always improve and bring you the very best!
TURF ROOM EXPANSION
Have you worked out in our newly-expanded turf room? We took down the wall where RPM classes used to be held, and added another 600 square feet to this space. It houses everything you need for functional and mobility training -- kettlebells, wall balls, sled, boxes, etc. Give it a try!
